How long does each service take

On average a standard weekly service takes between 60 – 90 minutes, of course some spas may be larger or require additional care thus extending the time of service.

Drains and Refills will vary depending on the size of the spa.

What if your spa needs repairs?

In the event that your spa is not operating properly the Client may reach out to a repair technician, or if they would like Ben’s Zen would be happy to reach out on the Clients behalf.

Pricing and Billing

Pricing is calculated considering a number of factors including the size of the spa, distance, chemical usage, and more. If you have questions about Pricing please reach out to us at benszenspa@gmail.com

Billing is handled on a month to month basis. At the end of each month we will send an invoice detailing all services provided that month and the cost of each service, this will include and chemical and equipment charges

We are currently located and operate out of Colorado Springs. We provide services to the following areas:

As we continue to grow we do plan to increase our service range

Do you need to provide your own chemicals?

Thats completely up to the client. If you would like to provide your own chemicals you’re more than welcome to do so, please just make sure they are stored somewhere our Technicians can easily access or is given access to. However getting all the necessary chemicals can be time consuming, confusing, and costly. We are more than happy to provide the chemicals needed to properly clean and sanitize your spa from top to bottom and will simply add the cost of chemicals for your specific spa to your invoice.

What if you need your spa serviced more than once in a week?

No Problem. If your spa has had excessive use or in the case of short term rentals simply give us a call or send us an email. Out of schedule services are provided at the same rate as a regular service
